The greatest invitation I offer you is to live unrestricted in your head, heart, and body, and in deep connection with self, others, spirit, and the earth.
I am a woman who has traveled deep within the realms of her inner world only to be spat out with a profound capacity to hold, guide, facilitate on the deepest levels.
My motto is 'show me everything' and I'm here to not only hold you to that, but to take you where you need to go - beyond the limitations and restrictions of conventional therapy, ways, and means.
For over a decade I've walked alongside women who desire to reckon with themselves in deep ways.
